Christina Begley
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.
Hi, I’m Christina.
Some people jokingly call me their work therapist. I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. I help people do their best work, move through life's biggest transitions, and get clear on what actually matters, from senior executives navigating a reorg to new parents redefining who they are. Before coaching, I spent nearly 20 years in operational leadership roles, building high-performing teams inside organizations of every size.
My Approach
Collaborative
Coaching is a co-creative process. My role as a coach is to act as a supportive ally, help you identify obstacles, and encourage you to develop new skills and capacities based on your goals and values. As a partner in the coaching relationship, I accompany you as you explore your options.
Integrated and Balanced
Every domain of our lives is embedded in our decision making, whether we are changing jobs, establishing healthy routines, navigating relationships, relocating, or exploring our spirituality. The integral model is inclusive and expansive, bringing the whole person into each session.
Who I Work With
Leaders & Executives
You're good at what you do, maybe the best in the room, but something at work isn't working. Managing up, leading through change, navigating a reorg, having the conversation you've been avoiding, finding your footing in a bigger role. I bring the same rigor to executive engagements that I brought to nearly two decades in operational leadership.
Anyone Navigating a Career Moment
Becoming a parent. Retirement. A health diagnosis. A move. A loss. The moments that reorganize everything else. This is some of the work I find most meaningful: helping someone find solid ground when the ground itself is shifting.

Seekers of Meaning, Values & Purpose
You're doing well by every outside measure and still asking: is this actually the life I want? What matters most to me, and am I living in a way that reflects it? This question sits at the center of a lot of my favorite coaching relationships, whether someone is 28 or 68.
Neurodiverse Clients
My practice is neuro-affirming, and a meaningful share of my clients are neurodivergent, many with ADHD. That comes from years of client experience, lived experience, graduate research on neurodiversity, and ongoing study of neuro-affirming coaching practices, not a one-size-fits-all model of focus or motivation.
What Clients Are Saying
Another kind of coaching testimonial - listen to pioneering surgeon, best-selling author, and influential public health leader Atul Gawande talk about the impact of coaching.
